Cooling Tune-Up: What’s Included?

Our cooling specialists will make sure your A/C stays at its tip-top shape. We’ll perform the following maintenance tasks:

  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Inspect and tighten loose electrical connections
  • Monitor voltage and amperage draw
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Monitor thermostat operation and calibrate as needed
  • Inspect inside cooling coil and clean if accessible and needed
  • Inspect and clean primary and secondary condensate drains
  • Inspect and clean outdoor coils
  • Inspect and clean blower components
  • Lubricate moving parts as necessary
  • Perform condensate drain treatment to prevent biological growth

Heating Tune-Up: What’s Included?

Our heating pros will perform the following tasks to ensure your system stays efficient and capable of providing much-needed warmth during the cold days.

  • Check carbon monoxide level.
  • Adjust gas pressure as needed
  • Inspect thermostat operation
  • Inspect and clean blower components
  • Inspect and tighten loose electrical components
  • Inspect pilot operation and adjust as needed
  • Inspect heat anticipator settings
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burners, and clean or adjust them as needed
  • Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Lubricate moving parts as needed
  • Apply protective coating to the outside unit
  • Monitor voltage and amperage draw
  • Monitor flue draft for safe operation
